Christmas in the Square is an unmatched holiday extravaganza. The largest choreographed holiday lights and music display in Texas is combined with family-oriented activities to produce a “signature destination event” for Frisco and North Texas. Thanks to exposure on the Web, news coverage and a variety of sites and blogs, Christmas in the Square received global exposure and acclaim. Christmas in the Square is centered on the family. Christmas in the Square drew more than 406,000 visitors during December 2008. Families, friends and holiday guests from through-out north Texas, the D/FW Metroplex and southern Oklahoma came and enjoyed the spectacular show. Lights! Music! Snow! Holiday lights and music choreographed by Frisco’s own Jeff Trykoski (Illumimax LLC). With over 100,000 lights, 9.1 miles of wiring and 5.5 miles of extension cords.
